To breathe new life into the brand, I led Maury's team through a 5-step design and development process:

2. Social Media Strategy

To grow Maury's digital influence, I collaborated with my wife, Lauren Worden, leveraging her creative experience in social media management. Together, we built and executed a strategic content calendar using Monday, Canva, and Hootsuite.

  • Developed sub-brands like Ask Pastor Maury, Tip of the Day, and Teaching Moments

  • Created consistent, branded templates and visuals

3. Platform Management

My role also included full-stack digital platform management:

  • CMS (WordPress): Site maintenance, plugin management, and performance optimization

  • CRM (InstantContact): Email campaign creation, segmentation, and analytics

  • Social Media: Posting strategy, content scheduling, and engagement monitoring

  • Reporting: Monthly performance reviews covering engagement, reach, email metrics, and growth recommendations

4. Art Direction & Design

This collaborative creative effort included:

  • New headshots and live event photography

  • Print design: brochures, flyers, banners

  • Presentation design (PowerPoint + Keynote)

  • Audio engineering support for live events
